What should I do if I encounter an error and it persists?
If you experience an error that continues to persist, please try the following steps:
- Restart the App:
- iPhone:On iPhone X or later: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause slightly in the middle of the screen. Swipe up on the app's preview to close it. For more detailed instructions, watch this video:
- Android:Open the recent apps screen by tapping the square icon or swiping up from the bottom of the screen and holding. Swipe left or right to find the app you want to close. Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.
- Delete Your Account: Go to our settings page in the app and delete your account. After deleting your account, the app will start as if it was your first time visiting.
To delete your account, follow these steps:
- Don't worry, if you are a subscriber:
- You can click on the restore button to restore your subscription without any extra charges.
- The restore button is in the settings page.
- Reinstall the App: Uninstall the app and then reinstall it.
Why does the background get distorted, or why do unintended changes occur to the face or other parts of the photo?
For larger muscle transformations like the Giga and Beast filters, background distortions may happen. To avoid this:
- Simple Background: Take a photo with a plain or simple color background.
- Alternative Filters: If you don't want any background changes, use the Fit 1 and Fit 2 filters.
